My boyfriend cracked his foot at work?

Okay. He just got put on pay roll working at a fencing company. He was working and another guy accidentally ran over his foot with the work truck and cracked it really bad. He had to go to the hospital but doesn't have insurance. He doesn't have workman comp insurance either. But since he hurt his foot at work will they pay for the medical bill?
