If the euro is so weak why is the pound not stronger?

I think England isn't belong to the member of Euro Zone. However, the current UK economy has dropped to the bottom of the valley regardless of the value in the current currency market is strong or not. Simply because not many want to buy the sterling pound or invest in this currency.
