Actually, it depends on where you apply to. My current server position required 2 interviews. If she didn't say that you were hired or tell you when you will start, I would assume that they did not hire you. It's possible that they will call you with that information, so don't lose hope. Pay for serving is 2.60/hr and usually little to no benefits.
