Yes, I hear you loud and clear. He is an alcoholic who will not stop drinking. He will lie and do anything to suport his drinking habit. I can understand why and sorry you have been lie to. Do not trust him for doing anything in the future. You can ask him for return money and Vodka. I am not sure he will do.
