If I have No Income! I'm being evicited from my apartment, my car has been repoed. Who can I turn too.?

I had a heat-attack; had to have heart surgery, wearing a heart monitor inside my chest and on my waist. No one will hire me on any job, social service won't assist me, I'm being evicted as of today, can't draw unemployment because I need to be able to LOOK for employment, can't draw Workman's comp either! Where can I get some HELP! I'm desperate I can't live on the street\w my heart condition. Is there anyone out there online that can give me ANY kind of advice as to what I should, or need to do?
