Was hurt on job working for large airline?
before leaving to have surgery on knee asked Manager how days off would be explained? HER answer was IF you didnt get hurt you you would'nt have to worry about it" Now i have found out i was placed on personal leave all company benefits stopped. At no time has anyone from management explaned what type of leaves were avable to me being i was denied FMLA even though i worked for company 5yrs but did not have 1200 hrs. This entire time have gotten no answers from HR, always have to call to find out where my workman's comp check is or going to be sent . DO I have the right or case to file a harassment complaint?
