Prostitution question about state benefits.?

Prostitution seems to be legal in some areas of the united states –ie Nevada, and I was wondering if those who work for a company such as cathouse or what not, is—what happens when one gets pregnant?, are they eligible for filing a workman’s comp claim, as this would render them near useless to perform normal work activities, and if not can they file for unemployment as they would be released from work under “poor performance”, ie allowing benefits under that term.
