Know of any good handymen/workmen in the Eltham area of London (SE9)?

I'm looking for someone reliable, honest and reasonably priced who can fix a few key jobs in my bathroom - re-tiling, re-plastering etc - and elsewhere round the house and garden. I really need someone who comes highly recommended, can start soon, who will guarantee all their work and also restore my faith in builders and workmen!
