Whys is call of duty black ops hardened edition ridiculously priced?

I've only found out there are many maps im missing out on as a result of not having black ops hardened edition, and surfing the web i see its cheapest price is 199 euro and brand new its 600 euros? how can this be? its the same as the normal edition only it has like 4 other maps? how can thee be a difference of 550 euros for those maps i mean seriously.....that's really taken the piss. This being with nothing, just the game in a box, nothing else like that surveillance stuff.
