What is best city to watch and enjoy the ALPS mountains ?!?

i am making a euro trip and i love mountains ..so i was wondering where i have the best view or the best excursion for the alps in Germany or Switzerland or France or Austria ..!! i want a unique place to watch and enjoy it ..!! if u know one cheap excursion for the alps guide me to it ..thank you :)
