Minecraft purchase problem?

I put all the debit card information in correctly and i have done it multiple times. It says the money was not deducted from my account and to try again with another card. I wanted to pay with paypal but every time i go to pay for the game with paypal it says euros. Can i use a different payment like a master visa gift card? What is wrong with the card im using?
