If Greece quits the euro dollar can a Greek national still live and work in the UK?

I heard that if Greece quite the euro currency it may also have to quit the EU entirely, which means as a Greek national I wouldn't be able to work in the UK, but I'm not sure if quitting the euro currency alone will then affect my residency here?
