How can I get back at my boss with legal action?

Ok heres the deal. Ive been at my job for almost 2 years. I sell cars and work on commission. I have been screwed on my pay, and a whole list of things! I'm wanting to know what I can do to really get back at these guys. Unemployment, workmen comp ect. Any suggestions.
