Euro truck simulator on i7 family hd graphic card?

got a pc with i7 2600 @ 3.40ghz 8 gb ram and standard i7 graphics hd card built in, and it struggles to run euro truck simulator!!! let alone cod or gta lol. is this normal or should i updte drivers maybe? what graphics card should i upgrade to? cheers
